Your site layout is so big, why is that?
You're probably viewing the site at a resolution that is too low. Go to your Windows Display Settings and turn it up to 1024x768. The site was designed with this resolution in mind.

Why are the photos' colors dithering or showing up in poor quality?
You could possibly be running at a too low Color-depth setting. Go to your Windows Display Settings and ensure you're running at least 24 bit. If you're an AOL user, there could be an image compression taking place that's causing the deterioration of image quality. Consult your documentation to turn this feature off.

Why is this site taking so long to load?
It could be that you're using a slow modem or have a poor connection to the Internet. For best speed, a Cable/DSL connection is recommended, or at the very least a 56k modem.

How do I know what Browser to use?

I'm having some errors come up, why is this?
